* Prepare necessary sales documentation in line with company policies and relevant legislation
* Organise and conduct open inspections and private viewings
* Manage internal customer relationship databases and update listings of available properties
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation (Estate Agents Act, Sale of Land Act). A Police Check and Agent's Representative Certificate are required.
