For specialist clinic (mental health clinic)

You will be responsible for:
- Greeting patients
- Managing appointments
- Processing Medicare, DVA and Workcover claims and payments
- Billing of appointments
- Managing correspondence incoming and outgoing
- Liasing closely with the doctors and other staff to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice.
- Assist with the administration operations of the practice
- The suitable applicant must be able to work flexible hrs to cover holiday and sick leave.
- Clinic organisation and cleaning duties
- Experience of Gentu software adantageours but not necessary. Training will be provided.
