Where You'll Make an Impact
As an Occupational Therapist, you\'ll help injured workers re-engage in meaningful work and daily activities through a client-centred, holistic approach. Your duties will include:
* Conducting functional capacity assessments and worksite evaluations to identify barriers to work participation
* Developing tailored activity-based rehabilitation programs and recommending workplace modifications
* Educating workers on activity pacing, energy conservation, and injury prevention strategies
* Case managing complex injuries and producing detailed clinical reports with evidence-based recommendations

Who Should Apply?
