THE POSITION
* Manage daily rosters to meet operational and service requirements.
* Coordinate shift coverage, leave changes, and last‐minute staffing needs.
* Ensure roster compliance with awards, payroll, and timesheet accuracy.
* Provide administration support to the Environmental Services Manager.
* Maintain employee records, onboarding documents, and compliance files.
* Prepare reports, audits, and workforce data for management.
THE PERSON
* Proven experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination.
* Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365 systems.
* Confident communicator who can work with staff at all levels.
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
* Previous hospital, healthcare, aged care, or cleaning industry experience desirable.
* Knowledge of the NSW Health Award or similar industrial awards advantageous.
