The role will also contribute to the successful development and construction of a multi-gigawatt pipeline, playing a direct role in the clean energy transition.The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of renewable energy, a strong legal/commercial background, and proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and complex contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of contracts across operational and development-stage renewable energy projects.Negotiate and administer project agreements while identifying and mitigating legal, financial, and operational risks.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with project and business objectives.Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards, supported by accurate contract records and reporting.Support dispute resolution processes and engage external legal counsel when required.QualificationsBachelor of Laws (mandatory).
