Responsibilities
:
1. Lead solution design of ServiceNow implementations, demonstrating understanding of the client organisation, enterprise architecture and desired oues.
2. Work closely with clients and colleagues to define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions and ensuring they address business requirements and align with future state.
3. Create system design and detailed technical documentation.
4. Provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding both internal teams and clients.
5. Configure and enhance ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities
6. Conduct deep-dive technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
7. Lead and participate in system and integration testing, ensuring best practices are followed.
8. Educate and coach colleagues and users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
9. Ensure that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with thepany policies and industry best practices.
10. Effective upwards management to program lead and executives.
11. Contribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations.

12. 10+ years industry experience, experience in technical leadership - leading larger teams,
13. Demonstrated ability to map solutions to address client business issues and problems
14. Bachelor's degree inputer Science or a related technical field.
15. Significant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
16. Experience in IT soltuion architecture and understanding of enterprise architecture.
17. Strong proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow supported technologies.
18. Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
19. Exceptional problem-solving capability and ability to think strategically.
20. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.
21. ServiceNow certifications in System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or CTA are highly desirable.
22. Experience in strategy, business development, finance and budgeting desirable
23. Experience with ServiceNow Protected Platform desirable
