What You'll Do / Responsibilities
* Play a key role in the day-to-day functions of the department while working closely across the store to ensure a great shopping experience for customers and a great place to work for the team.
* Support in your first leadership role by learning how to lead and opening a gateway to a career in retail.
* Provide a consistently good shopping experience by engaging with customers in an inclusive environment.

* Make safety a top priority for the team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
* A strong desire to learn department operations to provide great support to the department team on a day-to-day basis.
