ABOUT THE COMPANY:

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role, working closely with CEOs and other C-Suite stakeholders within major private hospital groups. By building long-term partnerships at the executive level and across national groups, this role ensures the continued success and growth of MedTech solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Take the lead in managing strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders across private hospital networks and corporate buying groups. This is a commercially significant, customer-facing role focused on expanding enterprise-level partnerships across a portfolio of key private sector clients.
* Drive profitable revenue growth and protect existing business by owning relationships at the executive level (CEOs, CFOs, COOs)
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and portfolio leaders across divisions in the business to co-develop strategic initiatives
* Identify new opportunities through customer insight and market intelligence, and shape territory strategy accordingly
* Oversee all commercial processes, including deal structuring, offer modelling, proposal development, and negotiations to deliver strong business outcomes
* Manage rebate agreements, pricing frameworks, and long-term contracts to maximise account value and simplify customer experience
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior internal and external stakeholders, creating alignment between customer priorities and business objectives
ABOUT YOU:
You're a strategic, commercially minded relationship-builder with the confidence to operate at the C-suite level. You bring both a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and a genuine desire to deliver value to customers in the healthcare space.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, required (postgraduate qualifications a plus)
* 5+ years of experience in strategic, corporate, or enterprise account management preferably within medical devices, capital equipment, healthcare, or consulting
* Demonstrated success in navigating complex sales processes, structuring commercial deals, and negotiating long-term contracts
* Proven experience in sales or commercial leadership, including ownership of complex accounts, driving strategic initiatives, or working cross-functionally to deliver growth
* Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to conduct detailed pricing, cost analysis, and deal modelling
* Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency across the MS Office suite for analysis, reporting, and presentation
* In-depth knowledge of the Australian private healthcare landscape, including hospital buying groups, private health insurers, and procurement processes
* Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at executive levels
* Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic, multi-state territory
* A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset; resilient, flexible, and solutions-focused, with a bias toward action
