What You'll Be Doing
As a Fleet Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of fleet and courier services across the district. Your work will help maintain service delivery standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
Provide administrative support for fleet services across WSLHD
Ensure pool vehicles are available for clinical and operational needs
Maintain compliance with fleet management guidelines and policies
Assist with Fringe Benefits Tax calculations and reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and service quality

Qualifications
High level customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities, and meet deadlines, accompanied by an ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicles and their parts and functions is desirable
Knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax would be an advantage
