Role Overview
Support execution of PV and BESS projects across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. This role bridges technical coordination and project delivery, working closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, and internal teams. Engineering background preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Execution Support: Assist in delivering projects across EPCC phases, tracking technical deliverables and ensuring alignment between design, scope, and contracts.
* Engineering & Contract Coordination: Interface with EPCs and OEMs to align engineering specifications, technical documents, and contract requirements.
* Procurement & Technical Interface: Support procurement by coordinating technical inputs, tracking equipment delivery (PV, BESS), and managing supplier communications.
* Construction & Site Tracking: Monitor construction progress, support site visits, and track milestones, risks, and delays.
* Commissioning Support: Assist commissioning activities, including EMS/system integration coordination and tracking testing and handover readiness.
* Project Coordination & Documentation: Manage technical documents, support crossborder meetings, and track action items across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related) preferred.
* 1–3 years in project coordination, engineering support, or technical PM roles.
* Basic understanding of PV, BESS, or EPC project workflows.
* Strong English proficiency for technical documentation and communication.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Good to Have
* Experience with EPC/OEM coordination or renewable energy projects.
* Familiarity with EMS, SCADA, or system integration.
* Exposure to technical contracts or cross-border projects.
