About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring residents live with dignity, purpose, and joy. You will lead clinical care within the household model and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Key responsibilities
Lead and oversee clinical care within the household model
Develop, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans
Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and advocate for residents' needs
Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
Apply clinical judgement to ensure best-practice care
Promote and maintain evidence-based nursing practice and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Essential criteria
Current AHPRA registration and nursing degree
Experience in aged care, community care, or the wider health sector

Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
