In this role, you will receive ongoing training and support to take your career to the next level. We are looking for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Managerwith a proven automotive sales background and the drive to excel in a professional environment and develop and grow our Used Vehicle Department
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Motivating, leading and developing the used sales team
* Monitoring sales leads and ensuring processes are followed by the sales staff
* Ensuring industry leading customer experience for all customers
* Maintain used vehicle stock condition, checking that all new purchases are ready to be displayed on the yard.
* Ensuring that all sales objectives are achieved as well as full compliance with dealer and manufacturer standards
* Contributing to the profitability of the Used Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of vehicles, finance & insurance and aftercare products
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Minimum 5 years experience in the Automotive Industry
* Prior experience in a management role is essential.
* Be ambitious, confident and self-motivated
* Dedicated to exceed our Customer expectations
* Lead by example and promote teamwork
* Current Driver's Licence is required.
