Position Summary The Account Manager plays a critical role in managing and expanding relationships with key aviation and airline catering clients. This role ensures workforce delivery excellence across client sites while driving account retention, compliance, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is people-focused, commercially minded, and thrives in a high-pressure, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client relationships across designated aviation and airline catering accounts. Coordinate workforce deployment in line with client schedules, compliance requirements, and operational changes. Conduct regular site visits and service reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement. Collaborate with recruitment, rostering, and compliance teams to ensure service delivery excellence. Provide data-driven reports and insights on account performance, shift coverage, and fulfilment rates. Respond to operational issues and urgent staffing needs with a solutions-focused approach. Identify and action opportunities to increase fill rates, expand scope, or offer additional value to clients. Maintain accurate and timely records in internal CRM and rostering systems (e.g., JobAdder, FastTrack, FoundU). Assist with onboarding processes, induction coordination, and safety briefings where required. Qualifications Qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or Operations Management (desirable). Aviation-specific compliance knowledge (e.g., ASIC, airside access, food safety) highly regarded.
