About the Job:
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving True Protein's wholesale growth across QLD.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and operating within the Wholesale team, this role is responsible for managing and expanding our wholesale footprint across the state, while building strong relationships, increasing engagement, and growing and engaging our wholesale community.
You'll be the face of True Protein on the ground for our wholesale partners- nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional wholesale experience. This is a highly autonomous, on-the-road role requiring strong commercial acumen, structured territory planning, and consistent execution.
This role is completely remote and will require bi-annual trips our Sydney Head Office.

What your day to day will look like:
Expanding the Community
* Proactively identify and acquire new wholesale customers aligned with True's overarching business strategy.
* Drive new business opportunities in a commercially viable and sustainable manner.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts across gyms, health food stores, pharmacies, supplement retailers, and allied health channels.
* Collaborate with the QLD Field Ambassador to coordinate and execute wholesale event activations as well as supporting partner-led events and larger-scale brand and community initiatives (occasional weekend work may be required, with time in lieu provided).
Wholesale Experience
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with allocated wholesale customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
* Conduct consistent in-person visits (4–5 days on the road per week), structured sales meetings, product presentations, and account check-ins.
* Maintain disciplined contact cycles across key, growth, and retention accounts.
* Identify opportunities to expand product ranging, increase order volumes, and strengthen commercial partnerships.
* Effectively onboard new customers and implement structured retention flows.
* Execute lapsed customer reactivation strategies within the assigned account base.
* Create strong feedback loops between customers and internal teams (CX, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain) to continually optimise the wholesale experience.
* Stay educated and up to date on True's full product range to confidently support wholesale partners with training and sell-through strategies.
Operational Excellence:
* Implement best-practice processes and KPIs to deliver high levels of wholesale performance and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor customer behaviour and ensure adherence to trading terms and conditions.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and event outcomes.
* Regularly report to the Sales Manager on KPIs for territory performance, growth opportunities, risks, and competitor activity.
* Analyse territory sales data to identify underperformance, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth gaps.
* Monitor and research wholesale supplement trends and segment preferences across gyms, health food, pharmacy, and retail channels.
* Support in executing strategic initiatives across the wholesale division.
What you'll bring to the team:
* On-Road Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager, ideally within health, supplements, fitness or pharmacy.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to grow both existing and new accounts through structured territory management.
* Relationship Building Skills: Confident engaging with decision-makers and building long-term partnerships.
* Organisational Discipline: Strong planning, time management, and CRM management capabilities.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding the health, fitness, pharmacy, and sports nutrition landscape.
* Self-Motivation & Initiative: Comfortable working autonomously while consistently delivering results.
* Current Driver's License: Required due to regular travel across Queensland.
* Established QLD industry relationships (highly regarded).
* Background in Nutrition is preferred but not required.
