Job Description Your role will include, but is not limited to: Lead and drive financial performance for the AUS division. Review and provide oversight of all financial reports from the team. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, both monthly and yearly. Ensure compliance with all statutory and government requirements, including tax. Participate in financial projects, when applicable. Look for potential improvements in financial systems and processes. Stakeholder management and liaison with external auditors. The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Controller should be able to demonstrate: A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance. CA or CPA qualification, preferred. Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards. Experience in a similar role, manufacturing sector preferred. Experience with SAP. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of three.
