We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Events Manager to lead our sales and planning teams in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth, reviewing business strategies, and ensuring proactive efforts to maximise capacity and meet commercial targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conference and event bookings
* Review business plans to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
* Strategically contribute to the commercial strategy of the hotels and manage team adherence to achieving that strategy
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Conference and Events Sales function, strong analytical skills, excellent sales and conversion capabilities, and exceptional planning and organisational abilities.
