The Role - Assistant Store Manager Working closely with an experienced Store Manager, you'll help lead a creative and high-performing team, contribute to the store's setup and launch, and play a hands-on role in shaping the customer journey from day one. You'll be across everything - from visual merchandising and daily operations to customer experience, staff development, and event support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with beauty, wellness, or fashion retail experience who thrives in dynamic, startup-style environments.
