**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced finance officer to join our team on a daily basis, supporting our remote stores teams with finance duties. If you have Accounts Payable experience, we encourage you to apply for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage accounts receivable and payable activities efficiently.
* Handle cash management and bank reconciliations accurately.
* Conduct debtor management, including communication and reporting.
* Assist internal customers with processing and troubleshooting.
* Improve financial systems and support less experienced staff.
* Participate in shared corporate activities and uphold ALPA values.
* Perform other duties as directed by management.
**Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is essential.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required.
* Proficiency in electronic accounts processing software is necessary.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
