Job Description
* Deliver wide-ranging care services, tailored to individual needs and preferences
* Assist with medication administration and basic wound care under supervision
* Support engaging activities, fostering resident participation and enthusiasm
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* A natural listener with exceptional interpersonal skills
* Compassion-driven care expertise and a positive attitude
* Ability to obtain necessary clearances, such as the NDIS Worker Screening Check
