With our busiest season approaching, we're expanding our Mitchell Call Centre team and are on the hunt for Customer Service & Call Centre Specialists to join us in both Full-Time and Casual roles. What you'll be doing
* Be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries—no cold calling.
* Handle product enquiries, place orders, and provide after-sales support.
* Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products.
* Convert leads into sales and contribute to team targets.
* Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
* Accurately record call details and follow up as required.
* Work closely with the sales and claims teams to manage customer outcomes.
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in a call centre, retail, or other customer-facing role.
* Proven ability to sell: whether in-store, over the phone, or both.
* A clear, confident phone manner and strong active listening skills.
* A positive, solutions-focused mindset with great problem-solving ability.
* Basic computer literacy and the ability to multitask while engaging customers.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
