The Opportunity
We are seeking reliable and motivated Labourers to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining high safety standards, and can confidently operate forklifts in a fast-paced site environment.
The roster is Monday to Friday, with Saturday work required when needed, operating between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Note: This is NOT a FIFO role.
Only Karratha-based/local candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate forklifts ranging from 5T to 32T safely and efficiently
* Handle materials, loading and unloading as required
* Perform manual labour and general site duties
* Maintain site cleanliness and housekeeping standards
* Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
* Complete tasks as directed by supervisors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Forklift licence and proven operating experience – essential
* Experience operating 5T–32T forklifts – essential
* Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* High commitment to workplace health and safety
* Ability to work well in a team environment and show respect for cultural values
