About the Role
As a Scheduler & Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role behind the scenes in keeping our operations running smoothly. Working from our Osborne Park base, you'll help co-ordinate deliveries, handle logistics, and support both our warehouse and sales teams.
Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate daily delivery runs, warehouse tasks, and installer bookings
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, transport companies, and internal teams to deliver on time and to spec
* Assist in quoting, order processing, and job costing for tiles and installation packages
* Maintain accurate records: job folders, purchase orders, schedules, and documentation
* Prepare and issue work orders, delivery schedules, progress reports, and client updates
* Support the Director and operations team with administrative duties
* Help manage stock logistics, including co-ordinating incoming container deliveries
About You
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in scheduling, logistics, co‑ordination or administrative roles.
Qualifications
* Previous exposure to construction, flooring, or building materials (tiles experience a plus)
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a strong eye for detail
* Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
