From concept to execution, you'll guide and oversee a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and ensure every event delivers on brand, experience, and commercial outcomes.
Please note this is a 12 month opportunity with the liklihood of extension.
You will: Manage and nurture strong relationships with Optus stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
Assess briefs and work closely with the Account Management team on planning and delivery.
Oversee and maintain high standards across all event documentation and workflows.
Support state-based teams to drive performance, development, and ongoing improvement.
Recommend and manage event assets, collateral and brand activations.
Be on-site where required to support setup (bump-in), event delivery and pack-down.
Lead project governance across: Budgeting, reconciliation financial reporting Event schedules, critical paths documentation WIPs, post-event reports quarterly reviews Risk management and vendor/contract oversight About You: You're a confident leader who thrives in live environments where no two days are the same.
You're commercially-minded, people-focused, and experienced in delivering complex, high-impact events.
You'll bring: 5+ years' experience across account management, event production or experiential marketing Proven success delivering creative, large-scale or multi-location live events Strong project leadership skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities confidently A collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational, financial and administrative capability Ability to influence, negotiate and solve problems on the fly MS Office / SharePoint proficiency Telco experience is a bonus (but not essential) About Us: CROSSMARK is Australia's leading field sales and marketing agency, partnering with iconic brands to connect them to customers in-store, online, and through experiential engagement.
