About the Role
We are looking for a mature and capable Mobile Phone Repair Technician who is also comfortable with customer communication and in-store sales.
In many cases, you may be the most experienced repair technician on shift, so confidence and accountability are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a typical repair phone job — offering stability, team support, and promising career development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing mobile phone repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports, diagnostics)
* Diagnosing hardware and software faults independently
* Clearly explaining repair options, pricing, and turnaround times to customers
* Supporting sales and customer enquiries
* Working closely with the team to deliver fast, professional service
* Maintaining high repair standards and a clean, organised workspace

This Role Suits Someone Who
* Has solid mobile phone repair experience
* Is confident being the primary repair technician on shift
* Can communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Additional language skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese/ Korean) are highly regarded due to our diverse customer base
* Understands the importance of both technical skill and customer trust
* Weekend availability (at least one day) is required. Candidates must be flexible with retail rostered shifts.
