About The Role
Pharmacist - Grade 1
(Full time)
In this role working in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for the provision of Pharmacy Services within Colac Area Health to inpatients and organisational departments and clinical and Medication Safety governance support to services within the Polwarth Partnership.
What's required?
Essential
Tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent) as recognised by the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
Registration with AHPRA.
Demonstrated high level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels to develop and maintain effective relationships.
Strong customer service ethic and ability to tactfully deal with sensitive consumer demands.
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with periodic demands.
Desirable
Previous experience as a hospital Pharmacist is desirable but not essential.
