As we continue expanding our property development pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager (Property / Land) to join our growing team and support the sourcing and acquisition of SDA development opportunities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and secure development sites, land subdivisions, and SDA housing opportunities
* Identify both on-market and off-market acquisition opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, builders, and landowners
* Monitor rezoning opportunities, DA approvals, and growth corridors
* Assess sites for SDA development suitability and acquisition potential
* Lead negotiations and manage acquisitions through to settlement, with leadership support where required
* Maintain a strong acquisition pipeline aligned with company growth targets
Skills & Experience
* Experience in property acquisitions, land acquisition, or property development
* Background in real estate, buyer's agency, residential development, or project development
* Strong network across agents, developers, or land acquisition channels
* Proven ability to source opportunities and successfully close transactions
* Understanding of feasibility analysis, site selection, and development fundamentals
* SDA or NDIS sector experience will be highly regarded
