We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Outdoor Recreation Manager to lead the team at PCYC Capricorn Coast to success. This role will drive the camp business through an exciting period of growth and redevelopment.
The Outdoor Recreation Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering adventure and outdoor recreation services, including facilitation, logistics and support of program delivery. The role has a Sales and Program Design intent with responsibility for program, activity and client safety.
Key elements of the role include activity equipment inspections and maintenance, overseeing specific projects, managing SOP's, budgets, program development/design and client consultation.

About you:
* You have recognised industry accreditation and experience across various adventure activity disciplines, such as Cert 4 in Outdoor Recreation or equivalent.
* You have experience in outdoor education, with the ability to facilitate groups of a variety of ages, backgrounds and towards program. At least 300 field days of program experience or demonstrable equivalent.
* You understand the relationship between adventure and recreation and personal, group and leadership development.
* You possess effective communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* You can manage and track client related documents and budget updates as a part of the project or service administration.
* You hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (preferably at a wilderness level).
