Senior Software Developer - EL1 Equivalent (12-Month Contract)
Location: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid options available)
Start Date: Tuesday, 16 September 2025
Contract Duration: 12 months + 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline
Hours: Up to 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop software solutions using best practices
* Contribute to smartphone app development and Blood Sector Systems
* Maintain and remediate existing systems with a focus on automation
* Integrate software across platforms in the National Health Sector
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and negotiate outcomes
* Support ongoing improvements aligned with the Information Security Manual (ISM)
Tech Stack
* Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
* Backend: C#, PowerShell
* Databases: SQL, TSQL
* Reporting: SSRS, PowerBI
* DevOps: Microsoft Azure DevOps, GitHub Advanced Security
* Other: APIs, web services, mobile development
