Mental Health Recovery Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting adults and young people on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide regular support to service users, helping them review their needs and resources.
* Enable clients to achieve independence by providing information, training, and support.
* Routinely perform Outcome Measures and data collection.
* Use Supportability to manage rosters, record time, and sign off client activity.
Requirements:
* Cert IV in Community Services or related field.
* Experience working with mental illness and understanding of recovery-oriented approaches.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Current driver's licence and registered vehicle for work purposes.
