As their team continues to grow, they are looking for two experienced Site Managers to take the lead on a number of $3M-$4M builds – one in SA’s North, the other in the South. Whether you're looking for a project closer to home or ready for your next challenge, this role offers genuine long-term prospects in a business that backs its people.The RoleYou’ll report to the Directors and Project Manager and have full ownership over your site, managing everything from subcontractors to compliance and programming.You will:Manage resources and coordinate sub-contractors.Liaise with senior management team, clients, and subcontractors.Ensure that all work on-site is in compliance with relevant standards.Maintain and manage WHS.Monitor program and meet agreed deadlines.Provide assistance to site staff wherever needed.Lead the day-to-day operations on-site and ensure trades are working efficiently and safely.Build strong working relationships with project stakeholders and subbies.Keep things on track—delivering on program milestones and budget.Maintain high standards of quality and site safety.Problem-solve on the ground and pitching in wherever needed.The Like MindIdeally, you will have a trade background and two to six years’ experience working on projects valued at $3M+. This opportunity would suit someone who is ready and eager to join a highly respected Developer Builder within SA and work on a variety of projects. This is an opportunity to play an important part in all facets of construction and the delivery process with a contractor that truly invests in their people.
