**Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
They will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance, and ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
