About The Role
* Build and protect Novita's reputation and relevance with key audiences and the community
* Lead the development and delivery of communications plans aligned to organisational and business priorities
* Provide communications strategy, planning and expert advice across the organisation
* Deliver integrated communications and stakeholder engagement across campaigns, channels and initiatives
* Build strong stakeholder, media and community relationships to enhance profile and trust
* Lead social media and community engagement to support awareness and participation
* Use data and reporting to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
* Ensure all communications meet governance, compliance and ethical standards
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in communications, PR, marketing or stakeholder engagement
* Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver communication strategies and plans
* Strong storytelling and content development skills, including media and stakeholder engagement
* Experience across digital, internal and external communications, using data to inform decisionsStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with confidence advising senior leaders
Education and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related discipline
* NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check
* Driving Licence is desirable
