Job Title: Assembly Technician
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Assembly Technician to join our busy materials handling team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Unloading/loading containers and moving/storing stock and parts.
* Completing arrival condition reports and pre-deliveries.
* Liaising with trucking companies for dispatch.
You will be required to drive a forklift daily, so a forklift license is essential.
A Trade Certificate is not required, and training will be provided on the job.
We are looking for someone with good mechanical aptitude, who can work with hands, and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and positive disposition, with the ability to use power tools such as drill/grinders/saws.
