Your Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential, high‐level support to the Deputy Director‐General, Digital Innovation, enabling the effective delivery of divisional priorities.
You will operate in a fast‐paced, newly established division within the Department of Education, managing complex workflows, coordinating communications, and supporting a dynamic leadership team to drive digital innovation across the organisation.
Your Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate the Deputy Director‐General's diary, meetings, travel and daily workflow to ensure efficient and timely operations.
* Prepare, review and quality‐assure correspondence, meeting papers, agendas, minutes and briefing materials.
* Maintain effective administrative, financial and compliance processes in line with departmental requirements.
* Liaise with departmental staff, government agencies and external stakeholders on behalf of the Deputy Director‐General.
* Provide high‐level secretariat support, including managing action items and meeting documentation.
* Support short‐term research tasks, projects and priorities as required.
* Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement and high‐quality service delivery.
