What You'll Be Doing
* Triaging helpdesk requests and allocating actions to contractors & facility managers
* Tracking open work orders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
* Reviewing contractor SWMS and escalating any safety or compliance issues
* Managing key contractor compliance documents and monitoring expiry dates
* Uploading and maintaining essential operational, risk and compliance documentation
* Supporting the broader property management team with admin and coordination tasks

What You'll Bring
* 1–2 years in property, facilities, real estate, building operations, or asset management, OR experience as a Property Administrator, FM/Facilities Coordinator, Building Admin, Tenancy Coordinator, Strata Assistant, or similar
* Strong organisational and multitasking capability
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Solid attention to detail
* Comfort with digital systems and Microsoft Office
* A genuine interest in property operations and career development in the industry
