About the role:
To provide more focus on our growing digital services we provide to our Clients, our ability to drive a culture of innovation and our internal revenue growth, we have created a new Digital Services and Innovation Leader role.

This role is a senior leadership position within Stantec's Australia Transportation business sector and our Digital Practice in ANZ. Matrix-reporting to the Digital Practice Lead, APAC this role will be working in close collaboration with our Regional Director, Transportation Australia and is key to the growth of our digital services in the Transportation sector across Australia.

You will be responsible for:

- \tLead the development and delivery of digital services to Transportation clients across Australia.
- \tBe the focal point for digital services and develop products to meet clients' needs and be seen to be the lead for Stantec in this area, both internally and externally.
- \tTo provide leadership to the Transportation sector's wider digital community and ensure our colleagues are provide with an environment to excel, innovate, and develop with Stantec.
- \tLead the development of a digital strategy for the business to ensure Stantec becomes a leader in the digital space and is ahead of our peers within the next 3 years.
- \tDevelop an innovation mindset within the business to reduce the costs of doing business and maximizing returns on projects via scalable /more efficient processes and monetization of digital products.
- \tCollaborate with the Digital Practice Leadership group to identify and deliver strategic initiatives across ANZ.
- \tYou will be sought by clients to provide trusted advice and assurance in the delivery of our services and products.
- \tMentor fellow practitioners to increase and broaden their skills.
- \tMaintain and grow cross-border collaboration, especially with other market sectors and Practice areas through Communities of Practice, making this visible to our local Australian and New Zealand teams.
- \tContribution to successful delivery of overall Net Revenue and Operational Income targets.

To be successful in this role your will have:

- \tExtensive experience in the technology / digital industry and broad knowledge of how digital and analytics tools can support delivery for our clients.
- \tDemonstrated experience of leading diverse teams and delivering outcomes to clients and customers.
- \tThe ability to foster a culture of innovation that inspires and motivates team members to provide digital service excellence.
- \tDemonstrated a track record of building relationships with suppliers, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- \tBe willing to develop plans and roadmaps that meet the strategic digital growth objectives.
- \tAbility to make decisions and recommendations that align with the organization strategy and direction. Ensure that digital is providing value to the financial goals and objectives of the organization.
- \tStrong understanding of current and emerging technologies and how to implement to ensure the business remains technology forward
- \tDegree educated with a relevant technology discipline.
- \tExcellent written and verbal communications skills.
- \tStrong business acumen with the ability to communicate technical concepts and technologies in business outcomes.
- \tExcellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
