What you'll do
As a Sessional Trainer, you'll:
* Deliver RSA and RCG short courses that meet industry and regulatory standards
* Deliver the C.A.F.E. microcredential, teaching hands‐on skills in food, beverage, coffee, customer service, and transactions
* Create welcoming, engaging learning environments where learners build confidence and job‐ready skills
* Manage assessments, reporting, and course materials
What you'll bring
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – essential
* Strong knowledge of NSW hospitality, legislation, and best practice
* Experience delivering RSA and RCG training, must also hold the certificates
* Hands‐on hospitality experience: food, beverage, barista, and customer service
* Confident, practical trainer who connects with learners from all backgrounds
Additional requirements
* Flexibility to travel to different training locations across Sydney or the Central Coast
* Current driver's license and your own car for transporting equipment
* Ability to lift up to 20 kg when setting up and transporting tools and materials
* Positive attitude and solutions‐focused mindset, with the ability to work with people from all backgrounds
You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check – but we'll help guide you through this.
