What you’ll do: Drive strategic development and productionisation of data science solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration within production environments to advance organisational objectives. Provide thought leadership in data science, enhancing team capabilities in model productionisation and promoting best practices while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Collaborate with executive leadership to seamlessly integrate data insights and models into strategic planning and corporate strategy. Leverage industry and business knowledge to align data science initiatives with market trends and opportunities, maximizing impact and business value. Lead initiatives on model governance, utilising MLops frameworks to maintain model integrity, reproducibility, and auditability throughout the machine learning lifecycle. What we’re looking for: Experience: 5 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in a business environment. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset. Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Technical skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala. Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus. Experience in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Hands-on experience with data science services in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Ability to implement MLOps using common frameworks such as MLflow.
