ABOUT THE ROLE:
The primary responsibility of the part time Operations Administrator is to provide effective, efficient and confidential administrative support to Head Office. The role involves supporting EPIS head office with administrative tasks including managing telephone calls to head office, greet clients and visitors in a professional manner while ensuring that the dissemination of information to operational support areas are always carried out in a connected, supportive, professional and timely manner. This role will include assistance with onboarding of new team members, data entry, liaising with contractors, general administration and assisting head office staff to ensure the operational requirements of EPIS are maintained.
JOB TASKS:
* Providing a professional administrative support services to Head Office working diligently within an environment of competing priorities.
* Interact with diplomacy and professionalism with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders; and initiate appropriate action to enquiries.
* Assist in the development and production of documents
* Directing telephones callers to appropriate staff.
* Greeting visitors.
* Relaying internal information.
* Maintaining basic records and archiving.
* Filing, collating, scanning and copying documents.
* Any other duties associated with the smooth operation of the EPIS services as requested by the Executive Leadership Team.
* Has attention to details.
* Must have a good organizational skills and good time management.
* Has positive attitude and professional manner
* Very Good Computer skills and Communication skills
