The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to help deliver a multi-storey residential project in Adelaide.
As a Project Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of a construction project. You will deliver the project with effective management of time, cost, safety, environment legislative, financial, industrial and quality based contract requirements, ensuring the contracted completion date is met and effective client management.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, Construction or equivalent
- Multi-story experience preferred
- Over 8 years demonstrated experience as a Project Manager; ideally with experience delivering projects in a range of sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
- Experience managing projects with a high focus on safety, quality and environment challenges
