Job Description
As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to customers living independently in their own homes.
* Personal care (assisting with dressing, showering, and grooming)
* Medication assistance
* Planning and preparing meals
* Encouraging and facilitating social engagement
* Helping with light domestic duties (vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms)
* Contributing to support plans to fit customers' needs
* A passion for looking after and caring for people
* Willingness to learn new skills on the job and through training
* Exceptional time management skills
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Services OR currently studying Bachelor/Master of Social Work (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in aged care or community care is advantageous but not essential
