Desktop Building Consultant
Support the assessment and review of building claims from a desktop environment, reporting into the Manager, Building Consultancy Services, drawing on you experience as a Plumber
What are my accountabilities?
* Review images of plumbing work and prepare detailed reports and scopes of work for building claims.
* Ensure compliance with client and internal claim handling requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
* Accurately record and manage data and documentation.
* Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality and cost standards are met.
About you:
* Licensed Plumber
* 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle and legislative frameworks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound negotiation abilities.
