**What you'll do
- Enter data and ensure accuracy in existing and new article set up
- Be proficient in administrative systems (such as SAP and Partner Hub) that manage data in addition to software suites such as Google and Microsoft
- Manage weekly catalogue sign offs, along with management of loading offers into the Promotions Portal Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive value and a great customer experience
**What you'll bring
- Proven exceptional organisational skills and able to work both under pressure and independently in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team and adapt with changing conditions
- Previous administration experience and be highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen and proficient with excel and google workplace
