About The Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer platforms, and content best practices. They will be able to develop detailed creator briefs outlining campaign objectives, brand tone, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that meet brand objectives.
* Collaborate with the strategy team to align content strategies with each brand's goals and audience.
* Source and recommend creators who match brand identity and campaign objectives.
* Conduct creator outreach, negotiating deliverables and timelines for gifted and paid collaborations.
* Manage influencer relationships across gifting campaigns and paid partnerships.
* Coordinate and develop PR boxes for influencers, ensuring brand presentation and timely delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in influencer marketing, UGC production, content creation, or account management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
