We're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our high-performing team in delivering digital and field marketing campaigns across B2B tech, SaaS, and cybersecurity. We need someone who can hit the ground running and own the build phase of campaigns from start to finish with speed, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, events, webinars, paid and organic channels (ideal specialisation in paid ad channels across LinkedIn and Google)
* Create and QA content and assets in platforms like HubSpot, Canva, and CMS tools
* Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation ideas with initiative
* Track tasks, meet deadlines, and keep everything moving — no handholding needed
* Work closely with the Operations Manager and Marketing Coordinator to execute client strategy with excellence
You’ll Thrive Here If You...
* Have experience in a marketing agency or B2B environment (bonus if in tech or SaaS)
* Can write and edit copy, proofread, and understand what “good” looks like when it comes to strong conversion
* Have a working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, and Canva (Hubspot is highly favoured)
* Are confident with marketing workflows and know how to troubleshoot the basics
* Love to learn and upskill fast — self-teaching doesn’t scare you
* Think fast, move faster, and still never miss a detail
* Own your outcomes — you don’t wait to be told twice
What Success Looks Like
* 80%+ of your campaigns hit or exceed ROI targets
* 95% of tasks are delivered on time, with <2% error rate
* You bring 1 new tool, tactic, or improvement to the team each quarter
A typical week might include:
* Building out a webinar campaign in HubSpot while managing a last-minute change for an event landing page
* Jumping into Sales Prospecting tools to support digital prospecting outreach
* Formatting a thought leadership email for a cybersecurity client — and working with the client to make sure it’s technically accurate
* Testing email flows and troubleshooting link errors before something goes live
* Joining a client WIP call to give an update on delivery progress
* Working with the Ops Manager to track time and improve execution pacing across the pod
* Tracking campaign reporting in order to share critical data with customers.
