Speech Pathologist
This role involves supporting individuals with complex communication needs and swallowing difficulties, as well as those experiencing challenging behaviors, mental health concerns, and backgrounds of vulnerability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for participants with diverse needs.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize participant outcomes.
3. BUILD strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of mutual respect and support.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Experience working with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants in clinical or community settings is highly desirable.
