The Role
Full‐time Assistant Store Manager – Perth Airport.
The assistant manager will support the Store Manager in driving performance, engaging the team, and ensuring high standards of presentation and service. Responsibilities include:
* Lead the store team, providing support, motivation, and coaching.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.
* Assist in driving sales performance and meeting targets.
* Maintain store presentation, product knowledge and service standards.
* Support the store manager with day‐to‐day operations and occasionally manage the store independently.
Scheduling
Rotating roster consisting of early mornings, evenings and weekends, with week‐to‐week variation.

* Lead from the front, motivate and support the team.
* Deliver magical moments for customers with every interaction.
* Support the Store Manager in driving performance and team engagement.
* Set high standards in presentation and service.
* Provide meaningful feedback and coaching.
* Create a respectful, connected team culture.
* Step up as needed – confidently manage store operations.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a similar leadership role in a high‐energy retail environment.
* Strong communication skills and natural ability to lead.
* Confidence to take initiative and own the role.
* A hands‐on leader who thrives in a team setting.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Valid working rights and eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
