About the Role
Drive site delivery of bridge strengthening and concrete remediation works across infrastructure projects in Victoria.
Manage site crews, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
Work closely with project managers and structural engineers to deliver strengthening solutions including carbon fibre systems and structural repairs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site delivery of FRP strengthening and remediation works
* Coordinate crews installing carbon fibre and composite systems
* Monitor programme, site productivity and construction progress
* Maintain QA documentation, ITPs and engineering compliance
* Liaise with project managers, engineers and subcontractors
* Ensure safe and efficient delivery of site works
Projects You'll Work On
* Bridge strengthening and structural upgrades
* Carbon fibre / FRP reinforcement works
* Concrete remediation and repair packages
* Infrastructure asset rehabilitation
Skills & Experience (Must Have)
* Experience delivering concrete remediation or structural strengthening
* Background as Site Engineer or Project Engineer
* Experience working on civil or infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of site QA processes and ITPs
* Ability to manage crews and subcontractors on site
Highly Regarded
* Experience with FRP / carbon fibre strengthening systems
* Exposure to bridge, tunnel or structural upgrade projects
* Background with remediation contractors
