Papi's Pizza Bar is after a Pizza Chef!

Papi's Pizza is a dynamic and fast paced pizza restaurant, our popular Napoli style pizza uses the best local produce and our friendly service sees locals and visitors coming back for more! There's be a snappy menu of small bites to support our popular pizzas (takeaway also available) with local wines, beers and cocktails.
The successful candidate will have:
- Napoli style pizza experience preferred but not essential (we've been perfecting our Papi's dough for a while now!). However, experience with dough is a must! Ability to create weekly specials even better!
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen in service and out
- Ability to help train any new BOH team members
- Punctuality, reliability and good communication skills are a must (we have an established team of all-rounders to support you)
This is a full-time salaried position with great conditions (no crazy late nights, or crazy early mornings) including 4 weeks holidays. (Chefs seeking casual work are also welcome to apply).
