Office Administration Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fill the role of Office Administrator.
1. Main Responsibilities:
o Operational Efficiency: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking day-to-day office procedures within well-defined policies, including reception, arranging appointments, correspondence, maintaining school records, and general administration.
o Information Management: They will utilize information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration.
o Supervision and Performance: Key responsibilities include day-to-day supervision and management of school support staff, monitoring workloads and performance, identifying workforce capability requirements, role modelling performance standards, oversight of timesheets, leave applications, rosters, and relief arrangements.
o Staff Development: The incumbent will also be responsible for recruitment, induction, and training of school support staff.
o Financial Administration: Assistance with the preparation of the school budget and administration of day-to-day financial matters.
